head-shot-4Alicia Lieu (Creator, Executive Producer, Music Director) is a composer/conductor who’s mission is to connect people to the arts and help them foster an appreciation that turns into a love and then a passion, thereby becoming more intimately connected with humanity. DIY Nutcracker is the first performance she is producing under a newly formed production company for immersive performances called Snozzberry Productions. Alicia holds a Masters Degree in Composition from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music and is currently studying conducting with Maestro Paul Nadler of The Metropolitan Opera and Opéra de Montréal.


ian-_024Ian Brodsky (Associate Producer) is an actor, musician, and dancer from New York. Performances include In Love with the Arrow Collar Man, Nutcracker! The Musical (Fritz), Woody Guthrie’s American Song, and Sayonara (reading, Pan Asian Rep.). Film:  John Carney’s Begin Again. Choreography includes You Heard it Here (Winterfest), The Little Mermaid. Anna Fitzgerald (Associate Producer) is a passionate performer, dedicated educator, and strong arts advocate. She maintains an active schedule as a Bassoonist and Scottish Highland Dancer. Most recently Anna was a featured artist with The Chelsea Symphony, performing the Weber Bassoon Concerto for their 2017-2018 season entitled Sea Change, and will be dancing with Shot of Scotch – NYC’s Premier Scottish Dancers in Dixon Place’s ‘8 in Show’ series. Having retired from her successful competitive career as a Premier Highland Dancer, she founded the New York City School of Scottish Dance and is a Certified Member of the British Association of Teacher of Dancing.  nycscottishdance.comSaveSave
